    If you decrease the duty cycle you are reducing the output voltage of the converter, so I could not understand the flowchart when you increase the duty cycle if the voltage output should reduce when deltai/deltav < 0 ...

      You should watch the video carefully, everything is explained in the video.. if you still don't understand just go through some text books to understand the flowchart... I can't explain it here in comments..
