I've been getting into University Challenger recently and was considering watching this movie. The direction seems kinda meh based on this scene though. Is it really really good or just an okay movie?

it stood out in my memory 15 years after watching it. It's more of a nostalgic thing, takes place in '85, a lot of 80's music within. More of a drama than comedy but it has its moments.
