I've only just begun to use it at a beginner level, but I really have misgivings about merging all my layers at the end for CR to effect the whole piece. I make adjustments too often to merge all my layers because there's no undoing it.... SCARY. I've also tried to use CR on individual layers rather than wait until the end, and... well, I need more practice LOL!!! So to hear you say that you avoid CR - made me smile. I UNDERSTAND, DUDE.

Amazing work! The entire background is spot on! In my opinion the weakest part of the artwork is the lighting on the subjects. Another light source on the human and wolf (Perhaps a bonfire on the bottom left) and adding highlights on the subjects would have added so much to the final image. I hope this didn't come off as a harsh critique because I love the final result even without the extra light source!

Yeah that's true! I think I did the mistake by adding the wall on the right and cutting off the light source. Every project is a learning I guess :)
