    It's really amazing to see in sindhiz also so many varied cultures. I v never heard of this vegetable before. Even Satpura u shared was not made in our home.
    The leaves in chajj on diwali day z also new to me

    I always love to know about different culture and rituals they follow. Nice to j ow about a new veg. And how you use the radish leaves. Also the baji is so inviting. I am falling in love with sindhi cuisine.

    That’s a hearty dish shobhaji! We make something similar during sankaranthi but without onion, we call it 7-kari (7 vegetables kootu) ! Love this loaded with veggies subzi! A definite try!

      The dry powder of this is also used as a meat tenderizer.

      @@ShobhasFoodMazaa i got chiber today at Malad Station. The marathi women were selling 10 rs per piece. I got it anyway. We cook it say after Diyari.

    Aunty there is one more thing that I have seen my mom putting is singora. It is white inside with green or black covering. We eat the white part inside. Correct me if I am wrong.

      Yes, Singada I have seen people eating the boiled ones but not in the kadhi. They are seasonal and very difficult to get everywhere except those areas where many Sindhis reside. Thanks for the visit and stay connected.
