I've played this, after buying it for next to nothing in a sale, by recommendation from another UA-camr -- can't remember who for sure, though I think it was RGE... Anyway, if it wasn't for the sub-awful translation, I think it might've been somewhat decent. Then again, not that the "story" matters much, usually. There's pretty much only been one game, of this kind, that got me invested in the story. And it certainly wasn't because the story was so damn wickedly awesome or anything, just that I, at some point, started wondering just where the hell it would end up.
There's a newer one called Niplheim's Hunter that I actually enjoyed (and it's properly translated!) that I'll review eventually. This one... yeah, it's eh.

Good for her. Takes alot of backbone to at least admit shes a two-dollar trixie as opposed to chiseling people telling herself she is not one.
