Everyone seems to be MISSING the BIGGER picture here!! IF Lamar OR Josh don't stop K.C. from getting to the Super Bowl, it looks really bad for BOTH of them. By-the-way its going to look REALLY BAD for one of them. LAMAR IS THE ONLY, TWO TIME MVP OF THE LEAGUE WITHOUT A SUPER BOWL VICTORY!!!!
why do they always try to conveniently neglect 18 interceptions last year? always saying better stats last year, blah blah? do int's don't matter any more? if so, make that the official narrative so everyone throws 'arm punts' left and right
Lamar is obviously mvp. The Bills have more talent and did less statistics. Lamar did more with less spending. The only thing Allen did more is tush push touchdowns and dominate a weaker division a week sooner. Allen had a great season but a very weak mvp argument over Lamar, the schedule and statistics, making Bateman have better numbers than Cooper is the value.
Baltimore Ravens had a bunch of All Pros, and more than Buffalo, because they proved themselves with their tough schedule, and Lamar Jackson still have those numbers?! Josh Allen should be undefeated with that easy schedule. MVP case is clear!
@@SportsSkatinandStuff all these "why" and your point is? How many undefeated teams do we have in the NFL again? Exactly. It's hard and even the best has a few "L" and that's how it is.
What in the make a wish video am I watching?? 🤣😂😂 I thought they were gona follow up the opening with a video narrated by Lamar but there’s clear bias I see lmao
Pete is so mad. Everyone loves to bring up the lions and chiefs win which are good. But 2nd easiest schedule is the second easiest schedule case closed
It’s come to a point where Pete needs to be replaced. Dude’s game picks are terrible, has voter fatigue bias, and always seems to find some way to annoy the other panelists. FS1 did the right thing to move away from skip.
Bro why are we still doing this the votes have been in for over a week now. I get it’s for the hype of the matchup but what’s the point in making cases it’s not like it impacts anything right now regardless if you’re a fan of Allen or Lamar nothing changes with this game or this discussion.
Something tells me the loudest folks hollering Jokic didn't deserve a third MVP without a championship are same ones saying Lamar should win his 3rd MVP right now. Obviously different sports/voters... but these two leagues have a very similar mindset regarding MVP
That's a shame if Josh wins is the only reason is Voter fatigue. This is awful they both are amazing players and it just seems like all you are doing is trying to tear one of them down.
Lamar have players around him. Allen didnt everything come on the shoulder of allens. People counted the bill out the play off already before the season started. So he deserve the MVP
When Jackson faced off against Mahomes, Kelce, Hill and Hunt and lost nobody said anything about Maholmes having a all star team. No they said Jackson cant get it done and questioned his ability. He gets a washed player at a devalued position (running back) all of a suddon he has a ton of help. It really is shameful to watch.
At this point the MVP award has become a runners up acknowledgement and not a pivotal player award I say this since the chiefs qb has turned in a 15-2 record while having serve early mid season turmoil with injuries. And still shaded based off losing qb having losing records against the playoff supwrbowl champions
Teams have a "window" to win it all. This year the Ravens have the #1 defense of 2nd half of season and one of the best power runners ever. They also have two 1st round WR's and two great TE's. Nine total Pro-Bowl players (which is most in NFL by 2). This year may require the least from Lamar to win it all. In the future (as his cap # increases) he may have a heavier load with less talent around him. His otherworldly athletic ability will also wane as he ages. It doesn't make it impossible, but maybe just harder.
If Joe Burrow was 11-6 same people say Burrow mvp want bring up supporting cast people are hypercrits 😂😂😂Lamar Mvp not close 41td 4int 5k yards 1st player ever 4150 pass yards 900 rush yards Josh Allen Qb sneak 8td not brought up 2nd easiest schedule Lamar 7-3 vs winning teams 23td 3int not even close
Josh is a great player but it’s just to bad that Lamar has had a better season I guess they can decide for sure Saturday night and do think the Ravens will win!🏆 Go Ravens!!
I agree that either guy could have won it, lamar prob did. But the lamar supporters talk like his stats were so much better than allens that its not even close and thats simply not true. The argument is not to punish lamar for having derek henry, the argument is lamar had a better team around him, played an extra game plus many more snaps than josh and had only 4 more tds than him while losing more games. Both guys had historic seasons, not just lamar.
Yeah as a Lamar fan I can totally see ur point, there’s def a toxic narrative on both sides. You can appreciate both sides without devaluing what they did. It’s just that stat wise, I do believe that Lamar’s seasons is an all time one compared to Josh Allen. Lamar had 4,000 plus yards passing, 970 rushing and 45+ total touchdowns while posting an incredible accuracy stat and only 4 picks, in which all hit the hands of his receivers head on. His season is just something we haven’t seen ever before, Arod type passing with 4.3 speed. But definitely not to take away from Allen, that bro has been a monster when ppl thought he couldn’t do it w/o help. It’s just that utilizing the narrative that Lamar’s numbers shouldn’t be taken seriously due to Henry is a lackadaisical take that dosent take into account that bro was elite before and after Henry showed up, and how much effort he put into getting better
@@eyrramthegoat3322and not lamars fault really but I can't remember another historic qb season with 5 losses. Like those stats you have 3 losses max and that tightens the gap a little. Lamar gonna win tho and he prob deserves it
it simply IS true. more yards, more rush yrds, more td's, fewer interceptions....................... did you think before your fingers began typing? I would've had Saquon Barkley in the VS spot... not Allen. If Allen gets chosen for MVP, it will be a pity vote.
I love the argument that Allen "played two less games" so let's not count what happens in those (while omitting that he DID start their week 18 game to keep a personal start record going but left after one handoff, that's a "starting pitcher" loss right there) but they're going to hold Justin Tucker single-leggedly losing two games against the Steelers and Eagles and the Ravens defense giving up a lead after Jackson went down and got one late 4th quarter vs the Raiders on his resume. 🙄 Also, stop acting like the Ravens didn't have a terrible defense the first 10 weeks of the season. They ranked DEAD LAST against the pass during that time but they went 7-3, largely because of Jackson. And speaking of that 32nd ranked pass defense, Allen already went up against it then and couldn't even crack 200 yards playing from behind and needing to pass, again for those in the back: against the 32nd ranked pass defense at the time.
“You’ve already given Lamar two , I thinks it’s his time” lol Joel Embiid award. Such nonsense 😂
Lamar is the MVP. Pete is mad that he got a vote but it didn't help Allen Win It.🤣🤣🤣🤣
