Depends on size of vape cell. Disposable cell's average capacity is about 800 mAh and phones are maybe 3200 mAh so it may charge an average phone to 25% of its capacity. He replaced the chip with another protection chip so no battery fire.
wtf ru talking about? the "battery bank module" pcb has all the protections built into it... temp, charge, discharge, etc... it also boosts the voltage from 3.7v to 5v... it would've taken LESS TIME to learn this on google than it took you to type this comment, yet you chose ASSUME you just knew better... wow
