What inert filler do you recommend and how far up the Stylum 3 pole should you fill?

Kind of odd that you're only filling one of the stand tubes and then leaving the other one hollow to run the wires through. Surely the empty one should be filled so as to not cause unwanted vibrations that'll interfere with sound quality.
