I did not say that. They were featured in my Top 5 overrated video, not underrated. I do think they're better than the 17+, I said that in this video as well, but that doesn't change the fact that I think these are overrated boots. I explain in the video.

If you want a starting boot, I think you should start with this. But if you want to get even better and go pro then you should definitely get a new boot.

I'm not 100% sure how the soleplate is on the AG model. It doesn't look to be the same. I don't have any personal experience with them, so I can't really comment on them.
Vapor and Superfly are the way forward for me, only seem to be getting better as the models progress, especially the sole plate this year is just brilliant for the feet.

Nothing is going to be that heavily cushioned and also stable and offer a decent touch on the ball. Anything that is really heavily cushioned will be on the bulkier side. The best thing you can do is to go to a local sports store and try on some training shoes to see if anything feels dramatically better than what you're currently wearing. If your knees are hurting that much, I'm not sure that changing your shoes is going to make that significant of a difference.

MV7 the phatal 3 is not a bad takedown model at all. with the upper it has it can pass as a top end model. the upper is really soft. not as soft as the Flyknit but soft enough where you get a decent feel for the ball and the flywire cables help make the boot more responsive. the collar is a personal choice. it might feel a bit different for a bit but you won't notice it once you play in them.
Hey josh Great video like always but I think the boot is not overrated in my opinion. I bought them for me and when i wear them i feel extrem comfortable. Of course 200€ is a lot of money, but in my opinion it is one of the best boots on the market right now in terms of shooting passing and ball control.

What I'm saying, is that in comparison to everything else, mainly shoes that feature similar elements, I don't think the ACE 17.1 is as good as some of the competition. If you've only worn these, you'll most likely be happy with them, but if you've worn everything in this category, most people would not pick these.

the phantom 1 is a softer upper but it's not the most durable shoe while the Phelon 3 which I wear at the moment is a good quality upper that's a mesh base material and is a bit more durable. the lockdown on the phantom 1 isn't the greatest either while the Phelon 3 has a decent amount of lockdown

It all depends on what type of fit and feel that you're looking for. Of the three, my personal favorite is the evoPOWER.
If you want a starting boot, I think you should start with this. But if you want to get even better and go pro then you should definitely get a new boot.

These aren't particularly wide. Based on that info, I'm not sure if they'd fit you comfortably.

I'm using the Ace Tango 17.1 Turf shoes, they have boost foam in the heal and are definitely more cushioning than the Lunarlon soles that I've tried.

The best football boots are Nike mercurial Vapours for me. They're light,durable and are so comfortable.It almost seems like I'm playing in socks.

Sizing is the same. The fit is a little different because of the totally different outsoles.
