MMXX wasn't the second album but the second ep (with five albums in between). Original edition was released in June of 2020, the 'Hypa Hypa edition' (which included the seven alternative versions) in May of 2021. Originally they were a metalcore band, Attack Attack! their declared role model. Former lead singer Sebastian 'Sushi' founded a new project named Ghostkid immediately after leaving EC. They decided to introduce new clean singer Nico to the fans with a no holds barred - all in - over the top song and video, which was Hypa Hypa (mission accomplished I guess). Nico's former band, To The Rats And Wolves, had disbanded by the end of 2019/ beginning of 2020. EC's guitarist Daniel H., who does the majority of their programming and production, was the producer of TTRAW's debut ep and two of their albums. One of the guitarists and the bassist of TTRAW joined Ghostkid (guitarist left after a year). In 2015, Dixi Wu, the harsh vocalist of TTRAW, featured (in a non-vocal part) in the music video for Crystals by EC, which is known as one of their heaviest and most serious songs (deals with drvg abuse). Rap and metal bands used to play the same gigs in the late 80's/90's in the US. THey highly respected eachother and alot of collabs came out of it.
