i have a question for u, im a big fan ngl!, does side moonwalk/powii tech, (the first showed in video) was easier with old movement? also a big question for u, have u ever tried comp dbd?

I’d say it feels better with old movement but I wouldn’t necessarily say it’s easier as the fundamentals are the same (positioning the character in correct direction, momentum of pressing WS). For some, new movement might actually feel better or easier due to having slightly less of an area to cover. That’s of course talking strictly about movement (camera lag and spring arm), animations are placebo, they appear better to look at in clips but feeling wise I don’t think there’s much of a difference. As for comp I haven’t. There were some bhvr hosted tournaments I believe in 2022 or so which was the year I had most hours played and me and a few friends were thinking about joining some of those but we never went through with it. In 2023 I was getting fairly burnt out of dbd until I began modding and due to bhvrs rules lost my main account, so I more likely than not cut off all access that I had to do comp at that point (lost motivation, lost my only highish mmr account, people look down upon mods for obvious reasons), although there’s a high chance I would have looked into comp if I never began modding (I have no regrets though tbh, I’ve been enjoying the game and barely taken breaks since then and even started creating mods myself).
