Damn. I was really happy that Ground News existed.. until I saw they claim CNN and other corporate media (Capitalist, aka; right-wing) are somehow Left-leaning. Especially CNN witch is so obviously Fox-lite now. Even MSNBC just put out an anti-Socialist (
To be clear, I loved the video, as always. It's Ground News I'm disappointed in, not it's viewers.
They should be educated and know this stuff since it's their actual business to know this stuff.
@@aylbdrmadison1051 Well that's unfortunate for Ground News. Because if someone who loves labels as much as you apparently do can't get behind them, they surely won't appeal to those of us who don't stereotype.
@@notme222Julie's ad here is the most biased ad for Ground News I've seen, and I probably agree with her on most things.
The whole idea of Ground News is to show you both sides. It shows you what the Left misses and gets wrong too. She has picked out one example that is in favor of the point she's trying to make. You should still check it out. I've had it for a few years now.
@@DanielChannel89 You're right. Having heard about Ground News from other creators' ads I would probably say the best feature isn't that it tells you what to think so much as that it pulls from different sources. That fights bias not by labeling it but by being broadly inclusive.
Of course I'm always going to say the best source is always the original one. In the story Julie picked I highly recommend looking up the study and seeing how they calculated that number. But to your point you do have to know about it first. I appreciate your POV as a subscriber.

The only lie he told was saying that they wouldn’t die. Assuming death wasn’t a thing yet, then eating the fruit started the dying process (also caused a spiritual death). Aside from that, he didn’t lie, though it could be argued that even here he was telling the truth as they didn’t immediately die.

If you're curious about what a study says, the correct thing to read is the study itself. Not a blog article for which a third party has labeled their leaning. In this case you can see their assumption that 15% of all stalking and violence incidents result in pregnancy, then use your own judgement as to whether that makes sense. Ground News won't do that for you.
I don't usually comment on ad reads, but when it's 50% of the runtime and Julie puts so much emphasis on it I think a comment is warranted.
