During the Ice Worm mission he uses one of the Laser Rifles the Diffuse Laser Cannon instead of the Stun Needle Launcher. Makes use of the EN firearm Spec on his Generator.
I was randomly taking pictures during that mission and noticed he’d changed his load out, then I got obsessed with seeing if other AC’s ever changed theirs, think it’s just him during that mission though.
@@timur5219 You’ve got some timing! I was literally just coming from a video of the Snail and Iguazú fight and noticed he’d swapped his standard-ass shield for an ALLMIND developed laser orbit. Very cool.
@@glip715 Also interesting thing is how in Ice worm fight Snail seems to be using a different loadout, mostly laser weaponry- laser rifle, shotgun, and lance, plus the plasma missiles.
@@hideous_taco_michael_zacki Indeed; I think the Iguazu fight in Watchpoint Alpha - Depth 2 is similar, as that version of HEAD BRINGER has ALLMIND laser drones and Assault Armor. There are definitely different versions of presets out there!
@@WhatNow505 I did respond to the other guy saying that I'm focusing on variety, and I've decided to not take anymore requests, but Freud's definitely coming some point in the future!
I have noticed some odd behavior with those heavy legs. They seem to be bidedal hover legs. They slowly let you descend with the lightest amount of movement while falling but overall seem to have less friction. Very interesting legs and I’ll have to test with them more
@@gamedominatorxennongdm7956 well I mean there’s the heavy hover biped, and the hover tank “treads” so I’m noticing that most of the niche legs only get 2 models lol
@@gamedominatorxennongdm7956 I’m gonna be that person and say hover “treads” don’t count as a tank lmao. Also you can’t forget the only pair of lightweight legs that look reverse joint but are actually bided, the ones rusty uses for his first core
I use v2 in pvp. Got a 8 win streak with him. Even got kicked from a few arenas and made people rage quit after simply beating them 1 time with V2. Gotta love the rage this mf enduces in players. Its great. Also.... as a V2 player, dont forget when useing stun needle that this mf got a long range fcs. ....for whatever reason. Lol

Snail is *too good* for walking. In actuality he doesn't walk cause it's hard with a stick up his ass.

How about Freud next? His loadout surely sucks, but It'll be interesting to see it's performance in a hands of a pro.
I'm mostly focusing on making sure each new preset is very much different from the last, for variety's sake. No doubt I'll get to Freud eventually!

It's funny what measures from software will take just to not make a dedicated hover leg type.

@@PhantomOc3lot tank treads has like three(yes the hover tank counts), so does reverse joint, quads really got the short end of the stick here.

These legs can't actually walk normally, they just glide or "slide" slowly which makes a similarity with a real snail even clearer.
