The last time my son and I had Jamaican cow tail I can assure you I will NEVER eat anything weird again for the rest of my life. It's all fun and games until you get a weird meal. Changes everything.
I ate them when I was younger, then I hadn't eaten them in years, until a drunk New Year's Eve. My mother put BBQ sauce on them & slide them in the oven after boiling, too get that skin crispy! NYE was the only time she cooked them and my cousin talked me into it. I got a crispy, dark one and it was BOMB!!!🤣🤣

Try having it with raw onions on the side to cut the fatty feeling you get when eating it. Plus a bit of crunch when eating so much soft meat adds a great texture for the mouth
