I was wondering if once you have selected Ebay as your store on AutoDS, can you add secondary platform like Facebook Marketplace or is the account you signed up for limited to only ONE selling platform and you'd basically have to create another AutoDS account for subsequent platforms you want to sell on?
I have sold over 50,000 products online. Out of all of those transactions, maybe 100 buyers have sent me a message asking me why their item came in a different box (I think it's actually much less than 100). Out of those 100 people, only about 50 followed up after I sent them an explanation and continued to complain about it. Hmm I'm not sure. It's impossible for me to tell without looking at your account because there are so many different factors. You have to consider your price, titles, photos, account standing, etc.
Paul, I got an order from Puerto Rico for the first time without knowing how high the shipping costs are. When I went to order from my supplier the shipping was $45! I would be paying the shipping cost out of my own pocket. Should I cancel the order? I feel so bad.

You mentioned how one of the negative reviews for one of the stores may have been because if an incorrect title. Idk if this was the case for this particular store but AutoDS is absolutely horrible about creating accurate titles for the pr9ducta you have them list, especially onea sourced from walmart. For example an item that comes in a 2 pack will get listed as a 10 pack or a 10 liter bag will be listed as a 45 L bag. Literally 2 inc8dents i had just today. Its actually so bad i hired a VA to audit every single product listed so far to make sure the titles and descriptions of the items matched the product being sourced. From now on when i hire a VA to do research and listings part of the requierment is that they do a thourogh audit of their listings they provide. You would be surprised how many dont ans just plug a cvs file or something into Auto Ds and use the AI tool to rewrite everything (which i used to do tbh) and then dont check for accuracy.
I'm based in the USA and I'm a citizen here so I come from that perspective. I don't have enough insight to show exactly what to do if you're not in the same position as I am.

Barely anything, eBay dropshipping is super competitive and the margins are generally horrible since everyone just undercuts each other. It's a race to the bottom. Front end profit you'll be looking at 5% on average, they probably made $1,000 profit from that 19k in sales. It's a great way to dip your toes into e-commerce and make some side cash for little work, but if you're looking to completely quit your job doing this that ship has sailed quite a while ago. You're better off doing shopify if you want to create a consistent online income that can replace your day job.

Without using Zik it's really hard to find good items tbh. Why not just sign up for the free trial?
eBay doesn't allow dropship from retail marketplaces? that's not the long-term business, whats the best way to avoid suspensions?

You forgot to discuss the fact that Ebay charges a selling fee, how do we work with that into the prices?
I didn't forget. The selling fees are baked into the price you sell the item for on eBay and that price is set automatically by the listing software.
How do you handle shipping cost. Amazon and eBay require shipping fee for under 35 usd
For Amazon we use auto-ordering with Autods. They use their prime accounts so we get free shipping

If you are using ebay..go into shipping preferences and fix this so it won't happen again..exclude the places u don't want to ship to
