Exchange Hybrid Configuration Wizard does not work

The Exchange Hybrid Configuration Wizard is used when you have on-premise Exchange with Exchange and/or Teams in Office 365. Several months ago, the earlier version of the Exchange Hybrid Configuration Wizard broke because it uses Remote PowerShell (RPS). The Admin Office 365 portal now disables RPS by default, and as of 10/1/2023 you can’t re-enable it. For more information, refer to techcommunity..... As of 10/1/2023 you must use the REST cmdlets with the Exchange Online PowerShell V3 module.
