We’re walking in the boots of Pam Minick, a World Champion Breakaway Roper, former Miss Rodeo America and our fairy godmother, as she hosts the Justin Cowboy Crisis Fund Pro Rodeo League of Women luncheon and fashion show.

The Women's Rodeo World Championship presented the Pam Minick Lifetime Achievement Award, first to Minick in 2023, to honor a female leaders who, during their lifetime, have made contributions of outstanding significance to the field of Western Sports.
For the inaugural year, Pam Minick received the award based on her impressive resume as a cowgirl herself. The award was presented to Pam at the May 15, 2023, Press Conference at 10 a.m. The award will also be highlighted in the National Cowgirl Museum and Hall of Fame annually with the WRWC display.
