we have a 2021.5 and it is comparable to this sans the cabinet hardware change. we love our PW. The only problem we seem to have is the heater will not maintain the set temperature. once it turns on it won't shut off until it is up to or over 15 degrees above the set point. so far no one has been able to figure out why and Truma won't call me back very discouraging for a $150,000 plus van but it isn 't a PW problem.
We have a 2023 and we are having the same heating issue.
@@debmack8986 yeah, we have tried to get it resolved but to no avail. pretty pathetic when a $30 table top heater outperforms one on a van this expensive. unforgivable really...let me know if you guys figure anything out...!!

Do you have the option that delete generator and use lithium batteries only?
Thanks for watching! Pleasure Way, in an effort to maintain a superior quality/reliability rating does not offer a lithium only system. Currently all of their products require the use of the ultra quiet inverter generator to run the A/C. They do have the ability to program your A/C and generator functions through their control panel. If you are away from the RV this allows the Generator and A/C to turn on automatically when the temperature in the RV reaches the programmed level. Pet owners find this very convenient. It also has the ability to auto gen start if the batteries reach a low battery voltage.

Hi Randy, thanks for watching. Since I am a one man film crew it is challenging to show the seat swivel. The drivers seat does turn, obviously because of the cabinet it will not turn completely. If you want to stop by I would be happy to show you in person.

Our Sprinter has been very reliable and Mercedes is very good at notifying us of any recalls. If I had any complaint I would say the stereo system is incredibly bad.......
