@@shylo6477 Lmao it be like that. For me, it's fixing my sleep schedule, trying to wake up at 5:00 am. It works for a week, then I relapse. But I'm eliminating all the reasons that make me stay up late. Workout to drain energy, find something to focus deeply on and be engaged, so as not to wander off and feel uninterested in doing anything. And be outside, get that sunlight and vitamin d.
