Beautiful horses….My favorite Arabian stallion was Terraza, the best well-mannered stallion I’ve ever met. I kept watching out for him in shows, etc, after I seen him being sold as a foal at one horse show I had gone to. I had known the owner and he asked me to sketch and draw/paint his stallion so he could have a better likeness of him, and have someone capture his real spirit in a painting. He had sired many foals with his mares and his foals were outstanding in stature. I loved the way he handled himself. He was unique and very intelligent and attended many parades. RIP Terraza, I will never forget you.
Most beautiful horses in the world is Arabian Horses, you feel the horse is understanding the meaning of dignity, I watched lot of videos about horses but the most i love is this one’s, unique nick shape unique head shape and unique walk, it’s like dancing while walking, similar to supermodel at the stage 😂❤️

It has been that the Mustang has beaten the Arabian in the longest cross country indurance race in the world. It take place in the middle east.

A true story and documented,plus a movie was made about this Mustang and its owner/ rider at this event. To this day some of the horse elites / and the know it alls (snobs) still look down at the American Mustang, which is going extinct, because the BLM mismanagement and other issues of the herds.
The American Mustang is a beautiful and very intelligent horse. For these horses that live on America's plains that have the indurance to do so.
It takes a very high level of intelligence to survive in a hard environment like that.
@@carolmarsh4042 usually the more natural an animal is the more inteligent it is, especially if it has to fend for its self, this is because it has to think for its self, I think Arabs are clever because they spend so much time with humans and interacting with them, it's a different sort of inteligent behaviour. Arab horses are a natural breed that has human interaction and mustangs are a mixed breed with human interaction. ✌️

I have the sweetest black arabian stallion on the planet. Everyone who meets him carries on about how much he loves me. I'm not sure about that but I do know that we trust each other completely. I've never trusted a horse so much in my rather long life and that's saying a lot since I tend to trust horses anyway.
I think your trust is in its place, warriors laid their lives on these brave intelligent horses
@ 6:32 thru 6:44 this is not normal behavior. The foal is having a seizure! He walks/pivots counter clockwise then violently whips his body around in the opposite direction and falls to the ground convulsing.
I wonder why they put that in the video...

I love the arabs bodies but their noses have become so deformed I can't call them beautiful anymore. In older pictures the arabs still have their beautiful faces. These are pug noses now.

There breed more and more for that face nose its now almost a deformaty like some dogs have been . They will have breathing problems its horrible, dont like, look at arabs 30 years ago so much more beautiful and natural.
I'd like to stress that horses can't breathe through their mouth like other mammals do. If the nose is obscured or deformed they are literally suffering.
And what have they done to the tails?
No need to shave their noose and around their eyes and to put that much oil. They're naturally beautiful

It is a big risk letting two stallions run free and as you see they start fighting and to separate them then, is nearly impossible. Those teeth can inflict terrible injuries, if the fighters are not separated quickly. Horse handlers need to learn the characters of their horses in their care and think before letting go of the reins or ropes . If in doubt, better hold on with your life and only lead out one horse at the time! Always keep horses separate, especially stallions and mares!
I am speaking from years of experience and I had to learn from my early mistakes…

Yes very highly strung, the hot-blood Arabian. I had a part (half) Chestnut Arabian mare, she was very intelligent and very frisky, quite fickle actually, some days she would be calm, the next a totally different horse lol She was very beautiful.
Indeed they are incredibly elegant, spirited horses, but care must be taken not to inbreed them to createvover exaggerated features, eg. The 'dish face'.

7:28 about the only good-looking head of all the Arabian horses in this video, very well proportioned. The pronounced dish-face on all the other ones just ain't my thing, looks like a seahorse. Not sure how people find the deep dish attractive.

@@arminius301 I had a half Arabian mare in the 70's and 80's, she looked more Arabian than not and she was sired to a purebred Arabian, he was a stunning bay colour with great conformation, he didn't have that really dished head which I do prefer. She foaled 2 colts to him, both chestnuts like their beautiful mother and she was a true hot-blood, very frisky.
@@shasha738 Sounds like great memories of some nicely put together animals you had there! About 15 years ago I bred our Rocky Mountain Saddle horse with one of the breeds most prolific stallions Choco Dock. We got a really nice looking chocolate colt with the white mane and tail. They ride like magic carpets but are not popular in the US. Fantastic temperament and gaited, related to the Paso Fino breed. Since then I got out of the horse business though, too much work, but I've always had an appreciation for the strength and unmatched beauty of horses since growing up in Germany! All the best to you!

I have always loved the Arabian horse but these are not anything like the real Arabians that I loved. They look like cartoons ,all greased up. It is so sad. Thank goodness for breeders who are holding the line with good bloodlines. They are working, using horses who are good friends.

Also worked at a stable with Arabians and their tails were not up 24/7. Only at a trot or cantorand gallop. Not while they were just standing around like those horses in the Middle East
I wondered the same thing. I understand an arched tail is part of the breed standard but some of these horses had what looked like artificially arched tails. I'm no expert tho.

What breeders have done to the head of the Arabian is cruel and not attractive. It makes thehirse look like a blown glass figurine found at county fairs. If is wrong.
Selective breeders have changed these poor horses into absolute freaks. They aren’t fiery and noble. They’re nervous wrecks. Nothing but caricatures.
