Fundamental Duties were added in Constitution by 42nd Constitutional Amendment Act 1976 , on recommendation of Swaran Singh Commitee.
Also, initially, there were 10 Fundamental Duties which were increased to 11 by 86th Constitutional Amendment Act 2002.
