For runes we will be using:
Resolve + Precision
For Resolve:
- Grasp (Bonus Heal, Dmg and max HP per use)
- Shield bash (Bonus damage and sustain while having a shield)
- Second wind (Bonus regeneration while fighting that together with doran's shield will make you a monster)
- Revitalize (Bonus 5%-15% HEALS and SHIELDS)
For Precision:
- Presence of mind (Bonus mana regeneration and mana refund with each kill/assist)
- Coup de grace (Bonus damage to low hp targets)
Also you will get for:
OFFENSE: Attack speed
FLEX: Armor/MR
DEFENSE: Armor/MR/HP
This runes will give you everything you need for Udyr to do insane damage

Interesting item for Udyr, although I think an unending dispair in that slot would have made Varus cry.
I feel you used zekes improperly in most initial engagements with the way it's bugged on udyr. Slows aren't addative in league, where youre initiating with your R the slows are overlapping efficacy. You should have been initiating with your e, speeding yourself up while slowing enemies with zekes aura. Ill definitely be giving this a try, as cheap support items are becoming the meta. Abyssal Mask is going to become my go-to mres item and Vow my armor item.
I like how useless lillia stealing cs, kills, and then getting carried, says small jg gap in the end.

Seems that every skill works like ultimate on Udyr because others might play with Q W E and no R at all. Or they could give it to R and Q only.

its a useless item damage and effect to be honest, but it was good for the armor and magic defense with some HP
