Hello, I am currently working on a video on Super Typhoon Haiyan and I was wondering if I could use this footage in my retrospective with proper attribution and credit given? Let me know if you have any questions.
everytime I watch videos of thypoon haiyan,, my tears fallen like rains, can't help it, I remember my loved ones who died of this distracful typhoon! :-(
I couldn't quite imagine before how so many people and animals could have died from this super typhoon. Seeing this video, however, helped me "see" how those poor folks (esp. the kids, elders, and the weak) and animals must have been inundated by the storm surge's unbelievably strong currents coupled by the battering wind + almost-horizontal-rainfall; injured by the falling and floating debris all around them; being smashed on whatever was on their way as they were carried by the currents; being all helpless yet still struggling to hold on to anything they can to survive; and eventually losing their grips and drowning in the flood (of mixed sea, rain, waste water, etc.). . . 😥😭💔
kadamo na ako kinita mga videos han Yolanda pero ini talaga it klaro.. an dati ba na Mc. Arthur hotel ini? sugad ngayan kagrabe an hangin.. dire orusahon damo an nawad an kinabuhi dida ha at.. karadlok..
Plus the audio is almost like it came from under the water in a really strong river or something. Absolutely terrifying amount of energy in those winds.
@wrong curve Guiuan, Samar (where Haiyan first made landfall) experienced much worse conditions though based on the wind damage. But yes, Tanauan, Tolosa and Dulag experienced the worst of Haiyan in Leyte
Maybe they were that fast in other places, but 200 mph winds would shatter the windows instantly. That’s the strength of an EF-5 tornado (which if he were standing near that window in an EF-5 he wouldn’t have lived).
Doggo Willink It was the most powerful Hurricane in history at the time. Over 190 mph sustained winds and over 200 mph gust for hours. Nobody is comparing Yolanda to a F 5 tornado The storm surge destroyed more property than the wind.
@@DoggoWillink I'm from tacloban and we stayed in GV hotel when the storm struck. It was the most horrifying experience ever. Glass Windows exploding and the howling of the wind sounds like thousands of souls taken...
I think its 200mph + (about 205 mph) Since satelites were used and those doesnt capture the strongest winds. The planes or jets that fly into storms that measure the sttenght of it stopped flying in the pacific since 19s
@@scarykurapika100yago2 I have been in a Tornado and a Hurricane. I would volunteer to be in a Tornado than to be in a Hurricane. Hours and Hours of mental torture. I will never ever forget the sound of a Hurricane.
I saw many animals died that day i was cry my heart is so hurt the way i saw animals need a help. But i cant becouse im scared and cry trauma untill now .......my dog died that day 😢😢😢
@wrong curve peak conditions are estimated 350+kph (gusts) and the 1 min. sustained winds are estimated 315kph, meanwhile the 10 min. sustained winds are 235kph. Still, it is like a tornado for hours
Yeah its like an ef3 - ef4 based on some agencies if we measured in winds based on tornadoes (forgot what its called) so its like being inside a strong tornado for 3 hours

was this very close to the enter of Haiyan?very horrible!!
Close but the center strucked several kilometers south where winds topped at 175mph
@@anemojin4384 very powerful wind!terrible!

Nearly 200 mph winds. That’s insane and the storm surge looks like a river.
