U r saying right bahut hard work say banti hai. My mother made always in the coll whether. My mother makes mong daal ladoo like this after grinding mool daal. I take three ladoo in a day. All these fried dry fruits grind all things along with goond also. Still I hv taste in my toung. You r saying right. Haath tired ho jaata hai.

In North Karnataka, we call this dish as Antin Unde (ladoo with fried gum and dry fruits) minus atta but with coconut. In Maharashtra it's called as "Dink ladoo".

सत श्री अकाल साहब। आपने घरेलू तथा कामकाजी महिलाओं के लिए सर्दियों का बहुत अच्छा पौष्टिक व्यंजन बड़े प्रेम से पंजाबी बोली में बातों बातों में बना दिया। यहां मेरा सुझाव है कि ड्राई फ्रूट तल कर निकालते समय झारी इससे बड़ी लेनी चाहिए तथा आटा सेकते समय खुरपे का प्रयोग करना चाहिए ताकि पेंदे से पूरी सामग्री उल्टा पलटी होती रहे।
