Nct 7th sense is such a good song tho. You can’t compare other group songs with this song because 7th sense doesnt feel like it should even exist yet. Same with blood sweat and tears too. Both just feel too advanced in our current time, musically wise.

TamaraP It's an American gang reference. There are two major gangs that originated in LA, the Crips and the Bloods. In order to make members easier to identify they wore different colors. If you wear red you're a Blood, blue you're a Crip.

They got hooked with EXO which is already inactive now because of military and such hahaha the regrets they felt when they didn't stan them before hahahahaa well, it's not too late, just too early for 2026 haha

i agree because even though T7S is very unique in kpop (i still havent heard anything like it from other kpop artist or group) it is VERY similar to western hiphop subgenres. BTS' songs do have a lot of western influence, but that's different from basically being a western song like t7s is.
I think that the 7th sense is a very good introductory video for people who are especially skeptical of kpop. because the sound is more familiar, the song also being in korean isn't as jarring, so when they then hear BTS, BP, etc theyre somewhat used to the sound and in general theyll be more open to listening to less 'western' sounding kpop
(obv it all depends on the person tho and what type of music they usually listen to, if the person is more of a pop fan than a hiphop fan, starting with KARD could be the way to go, but as general rule of thumb i'd say that The 7th Sense is the go-to introductory song)

I still think bts is way better though because this song is probably one of the best in kpop but their other songs imo are not this great. Bts on the other hand consistantly releases amazing songs. Both are very talented though and deserve lots of praise
이다니 NCT is in my top 3 groups. BTS isn't, I just couldn't get into them. I don't think they are bad i just cant get into them. I can't wait for nct....whatever group lol to start touring in the U.S. i consistently like every nct u and 127 song i hear. I havent heard much from NCT Dream cuz they are babies lol but GO was good.

It depends on what type of beat or song and lyrics you like Nct and Bts are great groups but I prefer bts more and others prefer what they want those two groups are in top 5 favorite kpop groups so I like both of them and Nct songs are good but not better than some bts songs. Bts didn't become famous for nothing it was because of their beautiful songs, lyrics, beats and videos if nct had better lyrics, songs, beats, and videos they would have become more popular I didn't say that they don't have good songs but in my opinion I still think BTS is the best and I like them more then Nct comes later.
( when I said bts is the best its for me not for everyone so don't get triggered 😈)

The Bloods are a gang that are known for wearing the color red, especially bandanas. Ten was wearing red with the bandana tied around his head, hence "is he a Blood". The biaswrecking was the woman who liked Taeyong and then when Mark was rapping said, "never mind, I like him." That was really funny, so I said "Awesome" with the little Korean I know. 😀

I liked this style for NCT when they did their debut, I was like: omg finally SM is getting some hip-hop vibe group that actually have swag! But then they were mixed and blablabla. But THIS was pure gold! They are popular nowbut I feel they would be way more popular with this kind of concept (just my opinion)
NCT has the vocals, rap and production. No wonder why some of them preferred them instead the other group

Last time I was here I was an only an army and now I’m an armyzen(among other things), with an NCT poster next to the BTS poster on my wall💜💚I’m so happy I decided to venture farther into kpop and go from army to multifan.
HONEST UNPOPULAR OPINION: I think BTS' Mic Drop is a verrry loud and in your face song and not to my liking (Mic Drop is loud in general and also I guess when comparing it to past BTS song releases). Like sometimes it hurts my ears unless I'm dancing to it. I began liking the song ONLY when I learned the dance choreography but I try to avoid listening to that song...Just my opinion. I didnt want to comment on the Mic Drop reaction and get butchered by billions of ARMYS. Just my opinion! no hate :)

I listen to metal music, and so Mic Drop isn't loud for me. Lol
Both Mic Drop and 7th Sense have a loud bass, so it could just be that.
7th Sense has more R&B while Mic Drop is just Hip Hop, that's why Mic Drop seems "in your face" compaired to the chilled 7th Sense.
The different genres are also the cause in different sound from songs.
Example, I could listen to Slipknot (with my normal sound setup), but will have to have a higher bass for KPop songs to hear them better.
Christelle Anne I get chu. I think is because their voices were way too auto tuned which I really disliked because I know our boys can pronounce English words good. They aren’t fluent but they can pull it off. I love the song but too much auto tune.
