My opinion is less PE is good, because PE X EPS = CMP
5 X 20 = 100
6 X 16.68 =100
8 X 12.5 =100
So, if PE is less I get back my investment of 100 in less time, in 5 years, and Rs100 in 8 years. First company is giving good return better for investment. Please explain me.
