The video has really good editing but there is one problem. In most nuzlocke (even though this rule is optional) you are not allowed to lvl up your Pokémon more than the gym leader’s ace so that you don’t get overpowered before fighting the gym leader. For ex: You can’t fight the first gym with a lvl 30 charizard. So the main problem here is that the first gym’s ace (pikachu) is level 14, just before mudkip evolves, which would’ve made the game way harder.

Yeah, what leealoevera said, the level cap thing only applies to hardcore nuzlockes, as does the no items in battle rule.

I boxed the nincada right after cutting down the tree. And after battling on route 5 i realized i needed to heal, but i already boxed the nincada and couldent get to silvent so i caught a stunky on route 4 instead
