What if the family members are negative, I cant change them Please give me some advice for that... Because whatever i do i get a negative line on it, I am very conscious about my dite but my health is not so good and i always listen a line, what is the use of being so health conscious if you are so unhealthy it hearts me alot and I have no words but I do not even like the unhealthy food so why should I have it??? And many more such issues
