Few questions here - Who pays the premium? is there a dollar amount the employer pays vs the employees, is all assumed by one party(employer)? Is the true policy holder the employee or the employer?
Is the aggregate sum including any individuals that triggered the specific limit? Say I have both coverages and one person has a claim for 5M. Would both coverages activate, or is the aggregate sum going to exclude that individual claim when summing the losses?
Once a claim breaches the specific deductible, all dollars above that deductible are paid for under the specific portion of the policy. Only the dollars below the specific deductible (for each person) count toward the attachment point/aggregate deductible.
I unfortunately don’t have a ton of experience in agg-only products so I wouldn’t be the best person to do a video. I understand them only at a surface level.
I work for a TPA, this simple but direct explanation was very helpful
Starting a new job as an account manager for mid-size groups and this was very helpful. I HOPE I DON'T BLOW IT

For Specific - Does the employer pay the actual full amount under the deductible? Or is that broken up into coinsurance policies with their TPA?
