I am glad that the name of Cha Cha Cha was not changed onto chasa like the Cuban Mambo was changed into Puerto Rican Salsa ! The Cuban Rumba was already changed into Bolero ! So lets keep the name Cha Cha ( or Cha Cha ) forever ! George Wu, A.I.A.2013-8-25
Being a Puerto Rican from New York and claimed that you are the Cuban Mambo King. I think you might make a lot of self proclaimed Puerto Ricans uncomnfortable. They might all follow you to learn the authentic Cuban Mambo BREAK ON TWO from the beginning and probably also claimed the Puerto Rican invented BREAK ON TWO before the Cuban invented their Mambo before 1930 ! Anyway, Eddie Torres is more honest than most Salsa dancers, still give the credit back to the Cuban Mambo ! George Wu, A.I.A. 2013
I felt offended that when the DJ announced the music of the Cuban Mambo credited to Salsa.Because I learned from the International Latin which was based on the Cuban Latin dance, not the recent Puerto Rican Salsa dance.I felt uncomfortable to dance my Mambo when the DJ announced the dance was Salsa! It is unfair to steal the Cuban Mambo and called it Salsa. The Puerto Rican should invent their own dance such as BREAK ON ONE of which Eddie Torres would tell you there is no future for BREAK ON ONE !

If it is salsa you can only break on one mambo and cha cha cha on two...
