They've to improve a lot. Still it's under R& T condition only. They're assurance everything is lie. People has to thing well before wasting money.

My personal experience on e bike purchase
I bought a e bike from pureev epluto.
1. You cannot use these kind of e bikes for long ride. Because suspension is not good.
2. This company doesn't have proper service plan
3. Plastics are cheap quality.
4. These kind of bikes won't be sturdy like activa. You will feel like old Sunny bike
5. Should never buy if you are planning to use in other than City area because service will be very difficult.
Beware of these kind of vehicles
Don't listen to UA-camrs and buy vehicles
Iam using 7g pluto worst bike, march 2021 till now many issue comes again and pls don't trust the brand. Worst band and chennai sri enterprises is worst sales and service. Many customer facing problem. Pls verify many time before buy it's my humble request for all
