I remember being so confused when they changed the colorful names in the leaderboard and chat to plain white (along with other UI changes). How trivial it all seems now compared to the much worse updates that came in the following years..

i think chat names still have colour, but yeah compared to most things roblox has done in the last few years those things seem hardly noticeable

Fun fact: In the early days of Roblox, there was no player limit at all, so servers could fill up like a Natural Disaster Survival server and become really laggy (especially on the computers people had at the time)

Fun fact: Remainings probably wanted to play Minigame World. It worked for a game or two before crashing at a zombie minigame. Someone probably thought that if no players were alive in the platform, then it'd continue. I was among the first few people to follow them to jump off the platform. It didn't work because there was a single AFK fella in the platform who didn't die. The zombie infection somehow made it to spawn too, so everyone were zombies in the lobby. Remainings tricked everyone to join another game in hopes that Minigame World will be empty thus reset, but it failed because the AFK fella was still AFK. That AFK fella wasn't the only one who didn't leave because the zombie infection was still in the lobby.

I like how they accidentally created one of the most simple yet perfect maps for melee combat games.
I’m 20 years old now, and I haven’t *actively* played roblox in a long time. I don’t watch any roblox UA-camrs anymore, but every single time Remainings uploads, I immediately get excited to watch it.
I recommend Temprist and random UA-cam "I cover this blah blah".Enjoyable content and deserved to be noticed a lot more.

0:20 that’s a way to go back into older Roblox is via a retro elemimulator. The second way is to downgrade your own Roblox client and server as well back to the old days.
