I was gonna get the vagabond kit but got a great deal on a yoshimura fender elim kit from my dealer that they had in stock:) congrats on the bike again:) I have the naked btw and I too am still in break in period at 420miles and can't wait to open her up and she what's she's like up top;)

Hey moto MERICA! you have to check out "black sheep biker's" UA-cam channel! He's from New Zealand I believe and he has our bike in the black and red color. He told me he has like over 7k on his bike and said that when it got up there in mileage it loosened up more and is faster up top (he even said to the point of scary) :)
First thing I’m doing to mine after the windshield! The rear end is ruined by that giant thing they hang all that on! What you got is what should have came on it!
Dose the front tire try to come up with just a hand full throttle? Was interested in the new fz10 with cross plane engine but it seems to like most of it time spent on it's rear tire.
After 1000 miles my FZ-07 definitely came to life and you could pull a wheelie in first or second if you want. But it's not like the FZ-09 - you can drive the FZ-07 hard without doing wheelies all the time. Hope this helps.
Btw you got the fastest color too like me!!!!! And shoei came out with a limited edition gt air helmet with matching triton blue metallic color with the moto gp graphics! Matches our bike perfectly!!! Got it from my suzuki dealer! I also live in Florida too:)
I'm definitely thinking of buying this bike just came off 06 Yamaha FZ1 with mods full exhaust pipe Commander no cats custom tune and air box mod. How would you think this might be compared to what I'm used to?
I think you will love it. The bike has a very good power-band throughout the rev range not just at real high RPM's. Many complain the throttle is twitchy but I think if you have lots of riding experience you will like the throttle. I hear also a PM will smooth it out. Test ride one if you can. The traction control is real nice it will even keep you from doing wheelies if on that setting. Thanks for watching
Am I the only one that doesn't mind the standard fender. It keeps heaps of crap flicking up, dirtying up your bike or flicking crap over any mates following you. It's not a track bike only
Cool man - I was answering a different FZ comment. The Suzuki is fantastic. It has three levels of traction control and all three control wheelies to a different level. You really have to turn the traction control off to go wheelie crazy. The GSX-S1000F is a fantastic riding bike.
I find it strange that he covered over his license plate. A vehicle's license plate is meant to be seen... They even go so far as to require a light over it.

Yeah, of all the bikes I've had that fender has to be the longest and ugliest yet!!! Have fun riding and breaking her in cause that's what I'm doing:)

I believe it. When my FZ-07 had about 1,000 miles on it all of a sudden it turned into a wheelie machine. I'm looking forward to scary.
