The replica of cracker box is awesome. The builder has talent
That replica is awsome.
Cracker Jack is super cool he is an artist 🎨
Ray did a great job on building little Jack
Lil Jack is totally awesome! That will be a permanent addition to the truckers lounge.
Absolutely will 👍
He did an awesome job on that Crackerbox such great detail
That model is fabulous!
Wow! Wow! Wow!
That is unbelievable.
That is an excellent job.
that pete was sweet, and that ray can built anything, sweet cracker box jimmy
Dane, little jack is absolutely perfect, He worked really hard!!!!!,I like the old school look on the 379,but the chrome does stand out 😊
Yes he did! As for the visor…… thus my conundrum lol 🙄
Ray did a magnificent job!!! He only left out two things, the oil puddle under the green leaker and the two quart oil pitcher with spout that every driver filled and carried it to the truck at the start or each shift.thank the lord for the”Astro”. Dane what a great channel.
Thanks for watching Jack. Side note: crackerjack don’t even leak and he’s full of clean earl lol. 😬
Cool 😎 scale model of Crackerjack!!
Dude...when your big hand opened the "passenger" door on that little Crackerbox replica, I "just about lost it"!!! Oh so cool...oh so fine. 👌👌👍👍
I like the new visor better especially when you put the lights in it
That replica is a true work of art.
It just amazes me to look at it. Ray did an amazing job.
Li'l Jack is amazing! Excellent detail work!
I couldn’t agree more AJ
I don’t usually comment, but that replica is absolutely amazing! I enjoy your content, keep up the good work!
Thank you Alan, and for watching 😬👍
Wow! What a great job on that model truck!
Yes sir he nailed it! 😊

Ashland will be next upload. 😬
I like old school and that man has a good hands
I totally agree
@@DaneScottsTRUCKERSLOUNGE I just retired after 47 years being on the road. I enjoy what you do man
Sweet 389!!
Your work sets a very high standard without breaking the bank....and that is not an easy thing to do. Well done Dane. That awesome model is worthy to go to the shows if you can figure out the best way to safely display it.
Thank you Terry. I hope to inspire those who have limited funds to get creative. That to me is what really makes any truck stand out from the others. I’d love to display the model at shows but afraid to damage it.
You have to build a special display case for that wonderful model!👍
10-4 on that! 😬👍
I like watching your videos, you show your love for trucks. Real nice Scott
Thank you for watching Leon 😊👍
I love the hood work you did on the 379! And that new visor looks the best, imho. That 389 is also a beauty! And that Crackerjack replica is absolutely killer! Amazing!
Thanks Michael, AND for watching 😬👍
Truck is cleaning up nice. Cool old ride looking good.
Thanks Rich
O-H-I-O Porters here🇺🇸 Old visor, new visor…I paid some good $$$ for the new one so let’s put it on & see what happens. COOL! It only took a little time to exchange them, but we’ll worth it. Having the new lights will make it even nicer! You had to prove it to yourself on the new one, huh? I didn’t know the difference in the hoods on the Petes. Cool. Every little improvement makes a world of a difference. That little Crackerbox is quite cool! It took time & talent to do that. Impressive. When you take CrackerJack to a show take Cracker T as well. “T” for Tonka. Makes me want to have models of my trucks eventually. That 389 Pete was cool as well. He must’ve had a great desire to want to be a truck driver. Can’t blame him on that one! Blessings my friend. Happy 4th! 💥🥰✌️
Hey Buddy, I’m still going back and forth on the visors so it’ll be a surprise to all of us lol.
I was properly corrected on that “389” Pete. It’s actually a 379 with 389 lights. Can’t believe I missed that. 🙄 year 2004 should have tipped me off if nothing else did. GMC guys…. Ouay! 😂
Sleeper is the bomb on the 389
Awesome talent , and appreciate the time Ray invested to duplicate your c-box. The detail is outstanding .
That scale replica demonstrates that there's still the love in the world, it's alive and well. (The media choses to show only the hate and division.)
Now you need a ride-on gocart-based version.
Or a 1/14-scale RC version.
Yes, I am humbled that someone would bless me like that! It certainly is an act of love to do such an incredible work for another person. Oh Ya can you imagine a Crackerbox go cart? 😮😬👍
The details are mind blowing
That 389 sounds sweet! Awesome replica of Cracker Jack. He put a lot of work into it. Make sure that's put into a safe place. I love it.
You know it Bud 👍
Amazing!
Hey Dane what a awesome video; There isn't one lull in this video; From the beautiful 389 Perterbuilt; To Mint chip; I kind of like the chrome visor more; It looks more industrial IMHO. The replica of Cracker Box takes the cake! What a skill to have to vision something, & build it by hand as well as fabricate it; Without any guides or templates; Just amazing , Most of all priceless. Thanks for sharing a awesome video😉.
Thank you, so glad you enjoyed it. I continue to be amazed at the model every time I look at it.
Nice to see the driver of that Pete had the cleaning stuff ready to hand. Obviously proud to be driving that rig. The scale model is out of this world.
Indeed 😬👍
it is a lot of work in this Replica ,its n pice of Art
Yes sir it sure is! 😬👍
Iittle jack is absolutely amazing dane what a talent your friend has me and my husband Dan are totally impressed have a nice day and keep the videos coming 😊
Thanks Shelly, he really is amazing. He’s done many of these too! Different trucks and an amazing greyhound bus.
It goes with the color of the truck
Wow that is awesome
Awesome Dane ,, Mint Chip is taking shape ,, i was thinking keep the old visor but after seeing the new one on ,, it didnt drop. as much i thought it would ,, and painting rhe hood support bracket to tie the chrome in it looks Sharp ,, cant wait to see the green lights ,, SWEET ,, Little Jack is a piece of ART ,, man oh man is that NICE even the weathered lettering and all the working parts/piece's,, Thanx for the update Safe Travel's 👍👍👍👍
Thanks Dave, always nice to hear from you. It’ll be a surprise to all of us which one wins lol.
killer model:D
He is very talented I will have to agree with you on the way he did it is so much detail.
Dane great video love cracker box model also the new visor looks great😊
Thanks Dom was awesome to spend a little time with you at Ashland my friend. 😊
How could you not I am amazed by it and I am sure it is better in person than the video shows it usually is, I never figured it out but seems that way though.
Personally I like the OEM visor.
Thanks Jon I do too. 😬👍
GOTL class 8 on the lake it’s sweet we drove our Reo last year
Mint Chip looking super Sharp love the chrome visor very sporty I'm i like how you redid the lining in the middle of the hood and the paint look fantastic blended in the other Pete was super clean and the interior was very nice crackerbox have a son now crackerbox Jr very unique crafting he did the make it to look identical to crackerbox excellent job 👍 great video Mr scotts be safe buddy 10-4🚛
Thank you Melvin, I appreciate your watching and opinions. He sure did an excellent job!
@@DaneScottsTRUCKERSLOUNGE your very welcome Mr scotts anytime buddy
I bet he could build awesome replicas of Mint Chip,Blue Jay and Sarge too!!
There’s NO doubt! 👍
I’m sure you had a fine career in law enforcement, but you certainly could have made it as a trucker. Carry on, sir.
Thanks, I would most definitely would have enjoyed it. 😬👍
I don't impress easily but this one is over the top.😮😊
Every time I look at it I marvel at how much time, talent and love he poured into it! 😊
Dane Scott's Love The new Video And The GMC Crackerbox look A like Billy Lizza Uniontown pa
Thanks Billy 😬👍
Fantastic
Awesome
That is as good as it gets Dane!😮
It sure is!
Pete looks like a Hoffman truck.
Soooo coool! I love miniature work. It’s exciting to see such passion!
I know Rebecca he’s very talented
Me too Dane I think it is a great replica of the real thing.
That is so cool 😎😊😊.
That's a 379 with 389 headlights. It has door vent windows and door mounted mirrors. The aluminum grill shroud is squared off and not rounded like a 389.
Wow! I should have caught that! Darn GMC guys anyway! 😂😂😂 thanks
Right down to the fuel lines and everything.😮
Beautifully detailed!!
Mint chip is turning out sharp looking. I like the chrome visor. It matches the front bumper. Can’t ask for a better match than that. Although I like the green visor as well. But, it’s popping with the chrome. Little Cracker Jack is amazing. True detailed. All it needed to do is start up and run. It is really a awesome job a true replica.
We think alike Bryan, hard decision lol. He did such an awesome job in the Lil Jack for sure.
@@DaneScottsTRUCKERSLOUNGE yes he did. I am highly impressed with the details all the way around. I was not expecting the doors to open.
Wide is fine they say for stuff like that brace Dane!
Looks nice i think...
What a awesome job on that model.
nice I like
Such a cool model of the cracker box, must have taken ages to make.
And he did it in like 3-4 months! Working a demanding job to boot!
@@DaneScottsTRUCKERSLOUNGE thats what you call dedication.
Hey driver! What an incredible piece of amazing art! One hell of a job, he needs to do a model of mint chip! Great video of you capturing all the intricate details, keep the videos rolling driver! 10-4 I'm gone
I know right? I would dare expect that. I can’t imagine the man hours he put in and works a demanding job and long hours to boot! 10-4 10-foe
Can't go Rong with Crom 😅
THe original visor would look good if it was bright metal or chrome plated.
Thanks I agree. Like I did on the 359.
That’s a cracker of a model of your GMC.
Please use the factory visor. Peterbilt engineers knew what was cool, right?
Yes I agree. Just angled down a bit to give the attitude lol😜👍
It's a thunder go with the silver why didn't you do it a light green stay with the color scheme?
Hmmmm🤔 not a bad idea.
Why do Guys fit big ugly visors on a truck that is already compromised for vision having little windshields & to add the fact you sit on top of the chassis rails.
I personally don’t sit like that and the view is good if you sit up. Thanks for watching
Terrible visor with holes yuck leave the green won!!!!
Yep, agreed
