Thank you for making this video! This is what I bumped into after receiving the ITA. I wished IRCC put the explanation in the question mark symbol at the time we opened the EE profile. Thanks again!
Hi Mark, my spouse is non-accompanied initially, can I add him after getting nomination from Ontario ? I have seen many cases where people are doing so but I want to make this clear.
Hi. I got an invitation for the Canadian Experience Class. My common law parner is a Canadian Citizen and has always lived here in Canada. I said I had a common law partner, but declared her as Unaccompanying. Although they are not asking me to provide any paperwork about language tests, or, proof of employment, etc. They are asking me Passport (thats fine), but also Proof of Citizenship of the sibling, proof of residency of the sibling, proof of sibling relationship and family member proof of status. Why are they asking for that? I can also see I am not getting any points for my partner (which is fine because I don't need a sponsorship), so I don't see why they would ask me for all the sibling information. Can you clarify this? Best and thanks for your videos!
Hii sir , Thank-you for always updating us with authentic info.. Just one simple question :- Do we need to get upfront biometrics and medicals before getting an ITA
Check this official resource on IRCC website: www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/express-entry/documents/medical-exams.html "Don’t get your medical exam as soon as you get your invitation to apply. We will send you a form telling you when and how to get a medical exam.... When you apply online, you must submit a letter of explanation in your document checklist instead of your immigration medical exam (IME). In the letter, you must indicate that the primary applicant or the accompanying dependants of the primary applicant are outside Canada..." You'll also get a request for biometrics from IRCC once you receive an ITA
Hi, my common law partner haS a Canadian non-accompanying status in my application. For the part where it talks about “Canadian relatives” should I answer no or yes? Because I can’t get the points for Canadian relatives anyway. I have declared my partners family members in a different section in this form but for the relative section I’m not sure if I should put yes or no. Can you please help me with that?
Sir please advise me.I applied for visitor Visa but forgot to state i got USA student visa refusal for not enough fund in 2011.Biometry not done yet what should i do?

I recently got SINP ITA and I am in the process of submitting the application. My spouse have applied for study permit in Canada and the application is under review with IRCC. I got the SINP ITA after her application for study permit was submitted. Please advise what I have to specify in my SINP nomination application if her study permit gets approved. Do I mention her as non-accompanying spouse or the accompanying spouse. Will selecting any option affects my application? Please advise.
Great video and Team!
