It’s fun to throw the new ball. But what is your purpose. My purpose is to give the community a visual aid of what the new balls will do, in hopes that you have better understanding of the equipment. If you choose to buy cool, if you don’t, it’s still cool.
Late to the party on this one, just drilled it up last night, damn i waited to long. Freaking sweet rolling hybrid. 700 set after a bad 190 game in first with zen soul, went to this and 250s...
I love SPI but they have been over doing it as of late they are releasing to many bowling balls and it worries me that it may start becoming a quality poblem as a result
It's better for the pros to have more balls to choose from, but for the costumers, it's always the guessing game of "this one? Or the next one will be slightly different..?"
It looks as if you were throwing the Sublime softer or not as hard as the Gold Label, you look more comfortable with the Gold Label. Maybe because of how long you've had the Gold Label but, both bowling balls look good on the lane, i do feel that the Sublime will be stronger than the Gold Label and probably couldn't use it but maybe one game, going into the second game during league play and depending on your house shot. Thanks for the video
He sublime slowed down much faster than the gold label. It revs up much quicker than the zen which can lead to looking like I’m throwing it slower. Where the gold label a 100% shots down the lane with more easy.
@@TheHype-Bowling this is very underestimated, often times people say “I threw that one slow” no you didn’t you got it to the dry early and it slowed down
To many balls’ I’m on my 2nd Zen since the Zen came out. Bought my G.L ball when it came out, I still have balls that are NIB, that shows you they just keep pumping the new balls out. Always a great video Charles
Good morning. Could you do a video of the sublime versus the ion pro? I believe they both have hybrid covers so I would like to see the difference in motion between the two and which cover handles the soup better. Thx.
Another good video Charles. Question: So many balls released in 2023 and since you are a Bowlersmart staffer, you get all of them. Where do you store all these drilled balls? Basement, storage unit?
Love your channel, gotta find some balls that work for me.. so difficult to choose an arsenal and all these new balls flooding the market are not helping, gotta be a way to get advice not motivated by ball sales..

So I watched this twice. I came back to it because I felt like I didn't pay much attention to it the first time.(sidetracked) Then I hear the typical Bowlero playlist in the background with "Um Bop" by Hansen playing 😂😂😂😂😅
TNT Infused, Xponent, Zen Gold Label, Virtual Energy Blackout, Journey, Sublime... there are a lot of "middle of the bag" options to pick from... they are all good, then there are the Brunswick/DV8 releases!!! Too many options?
Its a joke how many bowling balls come out a year. I love watching people buy a ball every week thinking thats going to change there game. Im still using bowling balls i got 10 years ago and im whipping there ass in series every week.
In a league situation you can get away with using a ball that works in that house for a long time. But on tour or if you travel and do a lot of tournaments this may not be the most effective route.
@@its_Kris obviously they don’t care about what the consumer is getting because they release the same type of products every year. For instance compare the new summit to the zen, they are the same ball and everyone knows it. People will pay just because it’s new. I understand that they have to make their money but at least they should release more of a variety of equipment. I throw radical and I don’t think they have released the same ball twice.
Radical has overlap just like the next brand but that’s a small sample size if your comparing radical to Storm, 900 Global, roto grip. If we are being fair than you have to include the other brands of Brunswick if your going to compare summit peak to the zen gold label.
Regardless I don’t think Brunswick is currently mass producing the same products with a different color and cover stock as much so. Obviously there’s some exceptions but storms been doing it for years and years. I understand a lot of balls are going to have similar RGS and what not but alot of storm balls are going down the lane the same. And they are putting balls on the market the quickest.
@@jadencampbell7091 Alright I’ll compare the Summit to the Zen. The Zen was completely unusable for me at any surface. I gave it to a friend’s son. I absolutely love the Summit. They’re not even close to the same.
Alot of people are mad that there are soo many balls but they have to remember one thing. The companies drop all these balls because its the only way they can make money. When people buy a new ball they want to get something different. They dont buy the exact same ball thats a year or two old. Most people will keep using the older ball and get a new/different one. I agree its excessive but they kinda have to do it this way
I’m with you, this is excessive. So many balls and they all are so similar
I agree, I don't want to rush into getting a new ball because in a few weeks, a "better" one will be released.

Starting lunch and seeing a fresh The Hype upload, lunch never tastes better!
My man!
Yeah...so many bowling balls. Love my Gold Label.
Loving the sublime. Left a lot of big 4s getting used to it. I play it from a zone left off my eternity pi and it does the job.

Sublime is hands down one the best balls out right now.
Compare it to the hammer vibe since the cores are almost the same core
Get ready to compare the sublime to the summit peak next month!

The X ponent is the most versatile ball for a lot conditions. Add polish or surface as needed. 👍

I have to keep that one a little secret. But they are definitely secure.
@@TheHype-Bowling lol. I envision a facility like Batman's cave with all lit up racks of bowling balls.
Can you compare the black widow 2.0 hybrid to the sublime?
I want a sublime. I have the tnt infused, it snaps to much at the end. I put some surface on it and the results were very good

How would you compare the Virtual Energy Blackout to the Sublime?
I agree on TNT/Infused. Great ball. Would sublime be late 2nd and 3rd game ball?
Great review! Can I ask what your current arsenal is?
How would you compared it to the Storm Fate?

Yeah it’s extremely tough to make choices. Just have to decide based on what you currently have what will have the biggest impact on your bag!
Tons of overlap in balls. At this point, I'm just buying them for fun 🤷🏻

JoPo fam 10/10
Adding the slow mo shot separates you from the rest of these jokers...
Two Hundred and 40 oz to Freedom
Your sliding a lot in this one. Won’t that effect ball performance?
Sublime or theorem?
Gold Label looked better for this particular condition. Being that the house is a bowlero, I'm not suprised the cleaner ball looked better.
Storm just wants money. I’m from utah and throw all EBI stuff. Mostly radical aside from the widow line
