I wrote; You’ll grow once you step outside of yourself and discovered that there’s freedom only when you’re really free. I was needing to understand that placing my most embarrassing times, those childish years of resentment and all of my shame right out on the table, was the very beginning of my peace and it liberated me from constantly worrying over what other people might know or find out. I was either angry, confused or both for more than forty-five long years and I’ll tell you that it had cut me pretty deep. It finally feels good knowing that “they, even you (whomever) can know all of what they know now because I stepped right up and told them myself”. Now take me to the river and watch me drown, Oops, I mean wash me down, lol.

I just love everything you say it makes total sense to everyday life. Your self motivation that one should have in themselves is some of the technique I use in myself all the time. You are awesome and you wrote a book. I admire you so much. I am writing a book to that is 20 years old and now that I am older I have build enough courage to make it into a book. It is a working progress still but I will do it. You are someone I can listen to forever. If only more people in the world understood people as you do we all would be impressed.

I don't eat from many people, meaning that I don't take advice or counseling from everyone, however, you've fed me well on this one. I have ADHD and it's hard to keep my attention BUT you and t.d Jakes seem to me personally. Btw, I have a mega fear of dogs too.

Let go of the programming society has conditioned you to. e.g. the expectations, the distractions, the prison of time and calendar days. Most people don't realize one of the major human set-backs is this belief and expectation that if you don't get up at a certain time, you're "wasting" time. If you stay up late, you're a "loser" because they assume you're out partying. The concept of 40 hour work weeks, living for TGIF, cramming everything important to you into two days, then hating "mondays" and living for "friday" again.
These "times" and "days" are all imaginary. Once you let go of that first, without concern of others opinions, is probably the most liberating thing one can do for themselves. When you can truly NOT care whether Tuesday is treated like a Saturday, and going to bed at 7am is absolutely NO DIFFERENT than going to bed at 10pm... THEN.... then you will experience liberation like no other. Eliminating those distractions and time constraints OPENS YOUR MIND to the realities of life. Not the illusions, but the true realities.
And once you see those, every belief, paradigm, strict standard you hold will be challenged. It's like being reborn, open to everything and then using your OWN reason to rationalize and work out your beliefs minus anyone else's agenda, but your own. Your mind will go in circles! Reliquishing belief's, studying the history of them, seeing facts you were never presented with, doing an 180, then upon further investigation arrive back to where you started, however this time there is NO doubt. People will question your sanity. You'll be called a conspiracy theorist simply for reading history. But the end result will be a conviction like no other because you alone arrived at that conclusion. A conclusion that was not forced upon you.
    And THAT's empowering.
Lions don't lose sleep over the opinions of sheep.

Abuse is abuse no matter who it comes from...By realing that abusers lash out because they are hurting it's easier to move on in clarity. Abuse is an attempt to make their issues yours! Refuse to accept it...

Hi love the video, wanted to ask a question, how about when people from your own race have abused you? I had this happen to me and few friends, and what I felt happen was losing a sense of self, because its your "own" your "own" community so how can I overcome this?

Conscious memory starts at age 6 1/2. Then mental torture and abuse for a decade +. Made worthless, suicidally clinically depressed with social anxiety disorder (according to my psych) by age 10. Plus undiagnosed Aspergers 'till age 53 1/2, then HSP (re Dr Elaine Aron), and 92% introversion. Wasted life in the self. Human garbage.
Need complete and ireversible amnesia immediately. Really.
Life was not made for aspies. No, 99.9% of us are completely non-violent because we grew up cowered by having to get along with the "normals" whom we view as socially superior to us.
