I really appreciate that you aren't on the Natasha Denona train! I also am not about that price tag and seeing influencers who aren't either helps with the FOMO!
Good afternoon, hope your day is going well. I agree with your picks, I decluttered some of those too, I didn't have them all. I enjoyed your video. I hope your week is peaceful. 🦄🦄🧚♂️
I absolutely love your makeup look in this video!! So pretty!!💚💚💚 yea I feel the same way about Urban Decay. I don’t ever get excited about their eyeshadow palettes. I received their Eternals palette complimentary from Influenster and I haven’t touched it since😅
I need the blowin smoke or smoke show palette. I don't have just a smokey black, grey white palette. I was thinking about getting the ND one but it's more expensive with less shades.
I actually had the Atremis palette, and it was (as you said about he Wild West) exhausting for me to use. I really wanted to love it, but I looked at it and often put it down. I decluttered it to a friend.
Im loving this series! I felt the exhaustion from a boring palette on a religious level 😂 i see some releases on trendmood’s page and i swear all the creative energy and excitement leave my body. I’ve always wanted the alter eyo goddess palette but i STILL haven’t been able to justify all the warm neutrals and golds for the 2 amazing pops of teal 😭
What's absolutely horrible is that this video has been up for three days, and I'm just now watching it!! I'm so sorry for my late support!! I love seeing these videos! Your reasoning is always so easily understood and thoughtful!! You've inspired me to be much more picky about shadows I buy!!! Always enjoy your content!! Blessings to you, Betty Jean!! ✌🏼💚🙏🏼😀😜🤢👅🍆🍑🎉
Same! I just saw it now like 2 days later. Nope and this is why I check my subscriptions on the bottom bar. LOL I have to search and scroll, to find them.
@@rebeccavorwald3608 OMG her and Angelica Nyqvist and my Anam Cara Erica Conger. These ladies and Betty Jean are amazing content and they are honest in their reviews and fun to watch.
I tried using the reds and purples in the Natasha Denona love palette a few times around vday and it was a mess. I don't think I've had the palette vday long either. It wasn't bendable or buildable.
I think you might like the Natasha Denona cream to powder formula in some of her palettes but in some I've noticed it's impossible to get them true to pan.
Love this series! I had the Blowing Smoke and Uh huh Honey palettes too. I loved them for a long time but I have all those shades in my BB palettes. 😂😺😻
You've inspired me to pull out some palettes I haven't used in quite some time and play with them. If I don't want to use them I should give them to someone who does or toss them if the formula doesn't work anymore.
I have two Natasha Denona palettes - the main Pastel palette and the mini Pastel palette. I’m not a fan of the cream to powder formula - her plain mattes are better. Her shimmers are pretty if you use glue, but they’re not indie level. That said, I’ve made some beautiful looks with both palettes and I don’t regret them. But I’m unlikely to purchase another palette of hers. I do love her lip phoria formula. It’s like a full balm and gloss in one.
7:56 you said "if I remember incorrectly" Am I missing something? Because I thought it could be a glitch in your beautiful mind. I hate those cream to powder formulas so I got the Zendo and swapped out all the cream to powder with some in my ND Love palette. I am subscribed because you bring me joy. I am a bold, colourful looks. Not a fan of warm toned neutrals. However I do enjoy a good cool toned palette for my Hospital tests and procedures. Everyone says they love it. LOL
@@battybean 7:52 you said if I am remembering incorrectly... lmao. I just had to hear it to be sure. Being hearing impaired and you speak beautifully and I can enjoy it more. 😊
I have the wild west palette and I was so excited that it was something “ colourful” from urban decay(had never tried them. And I loved it for a bit until I realised it is colorful for the brand but by far the least exciting one in my collection 😂 never reach for it really
The ColourPop Play it jewel palette makes me physically angry that I wasted money on that palette!... It's a neutral palette with a few pops of color that don't really work well together. Don't call it a "Jewel" palette if it's 80% neutral. I agree with the high tide palette, I liked it at first but now I have much better teals that I never touch it anymore
I like my Natasha Denona palettes and my apat McGrath but I catch myself just reaching for them because I spent so much money on them. I have better eyeshadows in my collection in my opinion. The PM special shadows were my favorite for awhile but then I found indie brands lol.
Wonderful walk down memory lane. It's fun to see if you are still glad you decluttered the palettes or maybe feel regret? Great series!🫢🤐🙈🙉🙊🍺🍻

I feel like you shopped the Spooky Doodle spring drop/sale because you’ve been wearing her designs even more ❤
I haven’t! I just have a huge collection haha

Awh thanks!

The Artemis palette pains me! I want to LOVE it but that creamy matte formula isn't great.

As much as I’m not a gold person typically, something about that palette does something to me hahaha

The Eternals was underrated for sure! It was a beautiful move 😤 lol
The look you are wearing is so damn pretty and so special . I love it
Thank youuu!

I personally always try to rehome makeup! If it’s super expired & not working anymore tho I’ll toss it.

I've had the huda nude palette in my collection for years, I've decluttered but not it, and I don't believe I've ever used it lol.

Luster Charm was not good quality minus a few shades. I also discovered it’s way too warm toned for me
Definitely my least fav they’ve done😬
I forgot the existence of those big Colourpop palettes 🙊🐭
