If they made it with an S-trap and not a P-trap, it would actually work. Seem like Peerless Pottery could’ve made that same toilet as a Montecello with an S-Trap. 6 liters are equivalent of 1.6 gallons.
To say that this toilet is a disgrace would be an understatement. If this thing were siphonic with that kind of water pressure, then it would be a good toilet but that unfortunately isn’t the case.
I’ll tell you how to make it siphon out. The way you have it set up out there, the firstthing you wanna do, is raise the height at the bottom of the blue housing then you wanna repipe behind the toilet by putting an elbow type T-fitting onto the bowl’s carrier ring, making sure the elbow is directed downward. And then take that white elbow fitting you’ve got and connect that a short pipe between that and the bottom of that T-elbow leaving an opening at the top of it so it can vent out while at the same time, directing the water where it needs to go.
Was this attached to some pipe thet goes down at the end? It looks like a blowout of course but I might think it can siphon when attached with a pipe that goes down. If it is already in this video, then this toilet is trash.
The bowl design is not made for washdown, that’s absolutely horrible, the Duravit Stark is a proper washdown, i say this Geberit USA “toilet” is just a large urinal
Like wow a really bad performing washdown toilet - it's actually even worse than the Trashpot Unbranded (or "Made Up Branded") Chinese made washdown toilets sold in DIY homestores and on some online bathroom retailers in the UK (they also clog easily but they would at least actually take the cloths you used here into the trapway even if they did not emerge the other side), this is awful that it does not even do that (other than helping it). It looks like a siphonic with the higher bowl water level but it certainly is not (it would perform better if it actually was). Your black puppy is so cute!!!
The Geberit toilet is really cool when it flushes and the Gebetit failed to flush a papertowl on half flush and full flush. The Geberit toilet is very interesting but I wouldn’t want this toilet in my house and performance isn’t that great

the thing that seems to REALLY ruin it is that the water that's "aimed" for the trap doesn't actually push anything down the trapway. it just fills the bowl, there's nothing pushing OR pulling in this toilet

OCC Plumbing & Restorations has stopped making punishment days because he moved houses. He may do more in the future, though
