      @@sidpaulson1 Sometimes I do wrist flexibility exercises when I stretch my whole body, but I don't do on the floor anymore. I gave up trying to do a handstand a long time ago.

      @@sidpaulson1 It's ok dude, I wasn't training for anything specific. Just wanted to be able to do it. But never managed to get it off the wall. But even then I had so much wrist pain that at one point I just stopped training. I'm not strong enough.

      I get it man. That’s the way it goes sometime. It’s a really great move to build more capacity in the wrists (if done slowly with progressive overload).
