You can register yourself now. It will be valid for three years. When you have to give the CA foundation, you have to fill the form again in order to sit in exam. Remember registration
and application form both are different thing.

If you want to give exam for June 2024, You must register before 31st Dec 2023. Once you registered successfully, you can give upto 6 attempts
