Jay is correct but i feel its important to note that the talent cannot create a new snake if one dies. The snake is born when the talent enters the world again. Thats why Og Thanatos, Cain and Abel have a snake or snake eggs. It is likely Che wouldve had a snake of his own had the talent not be taken from him
