That is True! Since 2004 when the building was totaled by 2 back to back hurricanes they have done a great job with maintenance. Even in the past 5 years they have done extensive maintenance. They have done a great job keeping up with the maintenance, plus one of the best locations and grand fathered in on the height restrictions! One of my personal favs!
@TheReynoldsTeam Totally agree. And I just finished a backsplash on the 9th floor recently. And when you walk out of the elevator you can feel the pitch that the building has from the center out so the water drains and I was asking a couple people about it. Interesting stuff..... During the 2004 hurricanes I was tiling a master bathroom in the South Penthouse. We were there right after and the whole underground Parking lot to the left was all flooded and there was no power. And we had to walk 12 flights to get all of our tools multiple times...... But I sure do hope they keep the 3 story rule. We are a little bit different than any other county.👍
That sounds like a tough situation, 12 flights w/ tools and multiple trips is crazy! The 3 story rule should definitely stay in place, extra caution needs to be taken especially here in Florida
