This show is a made for TV soap opera. It's not be taken that seriously. Supergirl has never been this weak to need a bunch of other people helping her all the time. And Rama Khan at least in the comics , is an all powerful being who routinely defeated Superman and everyone in the Justice League. Plus he even had hair. So little about this show is accurate to the source material. Which is why WB still wants to do Flash and Supergirl movies to be more like the comics.
Man Of Steel Superman is weakest Live action version of Superman i have ever seen. Do not start with beating Fodder League where WW struggles to lift tanks and Arthur is at best underwatr submarine lifter.
