Loooove your stuff. To a concerning degree. It's kites. It's bitchy. It's spot-on. Your advanced kite-nerd demo is so f*cking microscopic I have to assume this is some sort of selfless of act of kiter bro charity. But we appreciate you Colin! Never doubt.
#6 Regarding the reliability of the cabrinha, I will add. I saw on the shore how my friend went for a ride on foil. He bought an FQR (foil quick release plate) and on the first tack the foil 1300$ sank to a depth of 5-6 meters. Cabrinha has been silent for 1 month. Total ignore. I do not recommend this manufacturer to anyone !
Fu*k that Cabrinha sh!t, i had snapped lines during take of, while downlooping, different line length over +20cm! Quick release opens suddenly multiple times and doesn’t when you want to. No spare parts available, they told me „the container got lost in the ocean“, „…is stuck on Evergreen“ …no joke. And finally i bet my ass that Cabrinha told Lorenzo that it was his fault. I hope he will change brand soon. Your health is much more important than a sponsor who gives you a good contract.
Maybe not as windy as expected but still a great event. Regarding all the QR releases (3 women and 3 men of which Aaron Hadlow) I blame the new seat belt system. You just have to push afew millimeters to activate it. With the old ones, you have to push it all the way through.
Waiting for your comments and analithics 👌🙌🔝 For amateur people like me, it was impressive the level of all the riders and the good performance of all the kite and brands, next competitions will be insane
100% yes, particularly in lighter winds, but the negative effect of their additional weight seems to diminish as the wind increases - i.e. Joshua Emanuel is at the top of the WOO leaderboards at the moment of writing this.
We’re gonna need you back in the commentator booth next time mate! I respect Lewis a lot but he can’t really keep up with these tricknames and constantly makes errors in his comments😅
Loved the ending xdddd

Great wrap up once again form the legend. Do think the warmup training in 60knots should have been somewhere in this top 10..

worst quality and total ignore from cabrinha kite support
Nice work mate.
Smashing that like button before the video even starts loading
Ok watched it, so on point, can’t wait for KOTA doc
Love it
Colin thanks for the play by play. I would have missed 2:52 if not for you WOW
An analysis of why these quick releases fail or accidentally get released would be very good.
dope

Interesting and concerning.
Man that lorenzo crash. Holy shit 😅
😍🔥
Any idea what happened with Lorenzo's release system? That reminds Ruben's Barcelona crash.
Ruben's harness crashed. This was Cabrinha's QR problem, but I have had no info on that yet
@@balonikowaty Ruben crashed because his hand hit his release system. No harness involved.
@@MatthieuNeale you are right, sorry for misinformation. I confused it with an accident from Tarifa last year.
Andrea drinking made me fell from a chair 😂
nice

Dude please help Mr overbeek to open a bottle
Le-gend
Edgar ulrichs unhooked kgb should have been on here
10 points for comments!
Can someone please just show Jamie how to open, pop and spray some champers 🤣
Andrea has a tendency in fuc**ng up kite changes and picking the wrong size (I thought KOTA taught him the lesson)
Andrea the undisputed king of the shower 🍾☔🤦🏻♂️
If a rider is 77 vs 90 kilos or 170/200 lbs and same skill level and on kites respective to their weight will height be affected
