It's rather normal to spend about that much for two pairs of glasses when you go to a local optical store. And as you now know it really doesn't cost that much to make a pair of glasses. Then of course designer frames can cost even more. So the day you find out you no longer have perfect vision it has meant you were going to be spending hundreds of dollars on glasses every couple years. Something you said in your video I need to respond to. You said that every time you get your eyes examined your eyesight has gotten worse by -.25 SPH.. That's not really enough of an increase for you to need to get new glasses. At least not if it was costing you hundreds of dollars each time. Here's how you need to look at it. If someone goes for an eye exam and they are told that they have a prescription of -.25 SPH in both eyes the doctor won't even consider prescribing glasses for such a weak prescription. So if it isn't enough for someone with that prescription then it's not enough to need new glasses for either. Now of course since you have found out that you now can order glasses from numerous glasses sites for as little as $7.00, including lenses in your prescription, then of course why not order new glasses with that increase. Also something I know happens that shouldn't, when the doctor says he's going to sharpen your vision up by writing you a prescription for glasses with such a small increase it could be he is being pressured to do that to increase glasses sales. and you may not actually need an increase at all. So everyone should be there won judge as to whether or not they feel they need an increase or not. Giving an increase of -.25 isn't really doing any harm to your eyes whether you need an increase or not.
