I don't believe it's in the percent tab as all the wishlist characters take it up, but you can get other characters that aren't wishlist as well. All characters enter the standard banner except limited characters such as summer or winter or collab characters.

@@panicgg On SSR obtention, you got 1/8 for it to be a Pilgrim, and all non wishlistable chars are pilgrims to this day.
