    Something that helped me a lot that I don’t see mentioned in most people’s videos is muscle scraping. Scraping calf, shin, ankle and the top part of my foot did wonders for me. I also routinely roll out my plantar fascia. Oh and shockwave/softwave therapy!

      Where do you get this all done? I’m desperate to figure this out and get back to normal life at some point. Does your physical therapist do these for you?

      @@user-xx6by8sh5xmy physical therapist did the muscle scraping and my chiropractor did the softwave. I now bought myself a muscle scraper and do it myself.

      @@user-xx6by8sh5xthe scraping used to be done by a physical therapist, but I now bought myself a scraper and do it myself. Plantar fascia massage I also do myself. You can just use a lacrosse ball or the cork roller that comes in the solemate. The shockwave/softwave therapy is done by my chiropractor.
