I went to Sweden a couple years ago and the potatoes with the cream sauce were always in the menu, no matter what we ate and I loved it.
Just a little FYI, if you make Swedish Meatballs using the American sauce packets/mix, DO NOT follow the instructions!
Do NOT drain the oil and make the sauce ~in~ the pan with the meatballs, not separately... otherwise it'll wind up tasting like wallpaper paste.
