I like the clarity that comes with setting boundaries. I never thought it would be by not telling or getting angry..but to communicate with strong and soft words..like in a calm way everything that disappointed you. Thank you for this clarity. ❤
this is so true. I was more in my feminine energy back then, no anxiety, no depression, very in tune with myself and i got everything that i wanted! i manifested everything so easily! Later went into masculine, defensively, trying to be more independent etc and i believe because of that and especially because of the anxiety and not being present moment, i can’t get everything i want anymore. It’s difficult for me to manifest this easily now. I had to work on myself and even tho im better and more feminine again, the anxiety and not being so i tune with myself as i used to due to the damage, i don’t get everything i want anymore. I have gained so many blessings but not as much as i did back then.
Most of people talk about reviewing our behaviour and the way we communicate our boundaries .they ask us to stop yelling or crying during arguments . but they never show us how that's what i was trying to figure out and guess what:it's healing your inner child.search about it it's really interssting and thhrought that healing you will discover and love yourself and ofcourse it's the most important part of taping in your feminine energy btw that was a really intersting and lovely video ❤
I'm GenX. My generation was trained to be masculine by our Baby Boomer mothers who had it drilled into them to be masculine. So thankful for these videos and teachings. Our society needs it very much. ❤
I'm a man who used to yearn for a woman with a more "masculine energy", a woman who didn't believe in all this non-sense. I grew up around women like this one. Well, I found them and let me tell your what I found out. There's no such thing, women can't understand men, think like men or behave like men. Trying to make them so only makes them even more unhappy and crazy. Now, dealing with this delusional "feminine energy" crap is no gift to a man. Luckily I'm not obligated to do so anymore. You can pay your own bills, carry your weight and fix your own life. If you want a situationship, sure. Why not? But anything else. Nah. Men are not obligated to serve you just because you decided to act crazy.
I enjoyed the e anxiety piece. I’ve had anxiety for as long as I can recall and tend to be on my masculine energy more frequently right now. It makes sense and I will look more into tapping
